Dear Mickey, I didn't really ever get a chance to say to you properly that we were absolutely thrilled with the film!! We are so grateful to you for all your hard work and effort, and I think that you and Yvonne made a great team! The response to the film when we showed it to our senior team was very positive - just the right pitch to make people feel they are valued, and lots of lighter notes as well as facts. The Board presentation went spectacularly well - and the film was just what we needed to set the scene! As you know , we are showing it to our wider teams over the next few weeks, and some board members have asked us to show it to their teams - so all in all a success! We may get you to make a couple of small amendments to the final list of departments in due course, when we have time to think, and we did say we would talk sometime abuot the rest of the footage - I'll liase with Mel. So once again, thanks for a great job - we are most grateful.
