Use of AI
From 2025, we may automatically include AI-generated captions in the metadata of delivered images, where appropriate. AI keyword tagging, using the latest available vision technology, remains standard practice. GPS coordinates will also be embedded when available.
While AI saves us significant time and cost, it can make mistake and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Combining or replacing it with your custom captions and keywords ensures the best results. See examples below.

The cost of this service is currently included in our pricing if metadata is sent to us via this form before your shoot takes place. If you're interested in adding metadata to past images, please contact us for an estimate.
Further customisation
Due to practical constraints, we apply your provided metadata to all images from a shoot. For further customisation, you can edit individual image metadata using dedicated software such as Adobe Bridge.
